The ERLab Days & Bootcamp 2026 brought together 45 international students, professors, researchers and ecosystem stakeholders for an intensive week of interdisciplinary collaboration in Heilbronn. Hosted by the Entrepreneurship Research Lab (ERLab), a joint initiative of the European University Viadrina and Campus Founders, the event combined entrepreneurial thinking, academic research and international exchange.

For the first time, the ERLab Days incorporated a Startup Bootcamp in collaboration with the European Reform University Alliance (ERUA). Students from Germany, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Poland worked in mixed interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative and socially relevant solutions for real-world challenges provided by corporate, political and civil society partners. This initiative is closely aligned with one of the ERLab’s core objectives: establishing connections with Eastern Europe.
