Dates: 11 – 13 June 2025
Location: Kunstverein Heilbronn
The ERLab Days 2025 is a yearly transfer event organized by the Entrepreneurial Research Laboratory –
ERLAB of the European University Viadrina in Germany. This year event is scheduled to take place in one
of Europe’s fastest-growing entrepreneurship and AI ecosystems in Heilbronn (11–13 June 2025). The
event will shed light on various ongoing entrepreneurial research projects in Germany, including keynote
speeches from creativity, communication, and ecosystem experts from an entrepreneurial lens, PDWs,
panel discussions, and workshops.
In this respect, we are excited to invite you to our upcoming ERLab Days Paper Development Workshop.
Last year’s PDW was a fantastic opportunity for scholars and practitioners to exchange ideas and share
the latest research in entrepreneurship and innovation.
Continuing this tradition and seeking novel insights into entrepreneurship and innovation, we invite you to
submit a paper ideally related to the field of entrepreneurship and/or the topics of community,
communication, or creativity.
You are welcome to submit either an early-stage paper or a more developed one. We encourage
submissions in qualitative, quantitative, or conceptual formats. There will be no application fee, and food,
drinks, and accommodations will be provided throughout the event.
We ask you to submit an initial short abstract (Approx. 200 words) or a formalized initial paper idea by the
deadline 13.04.2025 to mail@entrepreneurshipresearchlab.com. The document should adhere to official
academic writing and citation styles (e.g., APA), be formatted with 1.5 line spacing, and, most importantly,
include intriguing and thought-provoking ideas.
If selected, you will receive a dedicated time slot where senior scholars and peer researchers will provide
high-quality feedback on your work. We encourage you to prepare a short presentation (approximately 10– 15 minutes) highlighting the most critical aspects of your paper and the key questions you would like to
address during the workshop.
To ensure the quality of feedback exchanged during the workshop, we will request the submission of your
“ready to discuss” submission by another, later deadline, approximately two weeks before the event.
We’d be happy to answer any queries you might have regarding the event. You can find more information
on our website ERLab Days.
We look forward to having inspiring discussions with you!
